The questions marked "not yet explored" below are still live workshop material. Recommend a follow-up session to give them the same six-gate treatment.
This is a snapshot of where thinking landed on 2 September, not a finished position. Its value is in coming back to it โ updating verdicts, adding SME input, re-running a question โ so momentum keeps moving rather than settling once and going stale.
